I've been a customer with Monaco Tire and Auto for a few years now, and I trust them more than any mechanic I've had! Deano and his staff are incredibly friendly and always looking out for their customers' best interest. Worth noting: as a woman, I have been talked down to and had mechanics try to convince me to pay for services I don't need, assuming I don't know any better. Deano and his staff have never treated me differently because of my gender, and they don't defer to my husband when he is present (which happens often in other businesses) and instead treat me with the utmost respect and as an equal. I cannot express how much I appreciate this. Good shop, great employees, and good prices. Thank you Monaco Tire and Auto for finally being the auto shop I always hoped I'd find one day! Ive been coming here for the past few years now. It started when I went in for flat tire issues and was surprised that they fixed my flats for free instead of upselling me new ones. I knew this would be id come when id need a mechanic. This past time was more serious of routine maintenance and at first I didnt feel like my car was feeling great but Matthias checked with me and he sensed my hesitation and insisted I bring it back so that I wouldn't feel unsure. Well sure enough they fixed my problem on another visit and didnt charge extra. Im grateful that they follow up with you and send you reminders. They take photos of the problem alongside the cost of parts and labor so that you are well informed before any work is started. They've been around because ppl like me appreciate how they do the work they do. Thanks. ~ Erik M

My AC stopped working and I brought it to a Toyota Dealership. Terrible idea. They kept my car for two days, charged me over a grand in labor and did not even fix my AC. I brought it to Monaco Tire & Auto and Deno explained to me exactly what he was going to do, did the job and charged me the minimum he could to replace my compressor. The service here is legit. You can tell this company cares about their customers and their community. Deno, Justin and the entire staff are always very professional. I never had this feeling of trust before with other oil change places. Ever. Monaco Tire & Auto are invested in their job and are accountable to make sure your car is treated safely. Honestly, I don't think I've been as impressed by the quality of service at an establishment (of any kind) as I have been by this one. Really can't say enough good things about it! Absolutely stellar service from a team of highly competent individuals. Made an appointment online and dropped off my car with someone who verified the information I provided. Got an update before they closed that evening verifying that it was alright to keep my car a second day as the issue needed some real work. Matthias was an excellent communicator through the entire process and explained responsively to how much I did and didn't understand about the diagnostics report. LT did a great job on the mechanical work and was pleasant when i interacted with him. When I drove my car out to run errands afterwards the CEL was off (and stayed off!) and my ancient beater was running smoothly. Will be returning for more work based on the diagnostics reflecting rough points i can feel while driving. I highly recommend this small business for their quality service. ~ Glass S

I've been taking my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Monaco Tire & Auto since day 1...195,000 miles in I 100% recommend this shop. Now part of the CTS family, the people here really make the difference. Whether it is an oil change or any other repair, these guys can handle it and are always fair. LT is amazing and has been able to keep my truck running smoothly even into its later years. Matthias and other guys in the shop always help me understand what is critical and has to be done immediately to keep my family safe, and what repairs may be needed later so I can budget for them. I brought my car in for an oil change a couple months ago (2006 Chevy HHR) and they not only did an excellent job with the change, but also did a full inspection of my car and brought me into the garage a couple times to show me specific things in the engine hood, and underneath the car. I now have an honest assessment of what needs to be done in priority because of them and they also addressed an issue that I didn’t need to get fixed that other mechanics would probably tell me to fix. Overall, I’ll be going back for repairs that we had talked about at the oil change visit. Great customer service very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I had a total transmission malfunction at a gas station. I gave Monaco Tire & Auto a call, and Darnell greeted me and we talked about what was going on and options I had. The whole time he was profitable and knowledgeableabout what my issue could be, so i had it towed over. I got regular calls about my car and what my issues were and how they could be resolved. Pictures were sent of my damaged parts and Darnell presented me options for repairing my car. My car was fixed quickly and I'm so satisfied that I'll be coming to them as long as I live in the area. I really appreciate the service I received and the quick turnaround. You guys rock! ~ Brandon P

This place is VERY nice and they are extremely helpful for car work. I can't say it's the cheapest but it is not over priced and still cheaper than normal car dealers. I have an engine replaced for my car and they were very fast and quick about it as well as making sure I was staying up to date in additional problems they found and costs that might be added if I wanted them addressed as well. I even got a free oil change for coming back later since I had previous work done. Was not expecting that. This place is excellent and I highly recommend it. ~ Kyle R

I visited Monaco Tire and Auto and received an amazing service experience. First I was greeted quickly by the front desk manager who offered to assist me. First impression,lasting impression. I then asked to speak with a technician in regards to my vehicle. I spoke to the lead technician Lamarcus who was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I strongly recommend when you need great service see the team at Monaco Auto, especially Lamarcus for great service. Kudos to the entire team. ~ Chilli

The crew there is top notch! They tell it like it is and give you honest answers about your vehicle. Respectful, polite, salt-of-the-earth, honest as the day is long. All the things I look for in a good mechanic. Highly recommend. Update 10/10/24 This place is still great three years after my first visit! The guys really helped me out when my battery died unexpectedly. Per usual, they were professional, honest, answered all my questions, and on top of that quick. From the time you walk through the door , you know you picked the right mechanic. A greeting like no other , fast , and thorough . VERY decent price . I have never had a mechanic sit down with everything written out with price making eye contact the whole time . Right then I knew not only friendly , but honest also . Very honest and straight forward shop. They were able to diagnose a noise in my car that ended up being the differential which isn't a part that they would rebuild but I was very happy they found the issue. Also they replaced my rear brake drums at a fair price. What went a very long way with me was that they brought the old drum brakes out and showed me the exact area of the part that was causing interference. Most shops don't go into that much detail, but they did and I would recommend them. ~ Oliver

Okay this review is really late, but earlier in the month on my way home from work, my car started making the worst noise ever. I was fortunate to be able to park in a gas station in this area where there are a lot of auto shops. I called this location as they were extremely close to my location. I can NOT express how much gratitude I have towards Darnell and the staff there. Darnell went above and beyond and I’ve had by far the best customer service EVER with them. They gave me all the information I needed, went as far as to offer to help bring my car over to their shop (scheduling conflicts at work, got it towed instead.), referred me to an amazing towing service, and was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. They’ve genuinely got a customer for life after everything they’ve helped me with. Everyone close to me has already heard me go on and on about how amazing they are. I will be 100% recommending them to everyone. If I could give them 100 stars out of 5 I would. Brought my car in for an oil change, they checked the air filter and corrected a problem. As well as informed me of another, they weren't pushy to sell the service and told at this time it was a minor problem. Good shop run by good people! 8 months later returned for service on a recent purchase. It was a pricy repair due to neglect or abuse by previous owners. I have to give it to the team at Monaco Tire & Auto my 350z handles great now! Thanks guys wish more shops were like this one. ~ William G

Had an unexpected nail in my tire and called around. Everyone was saying several hours for a simple tire repair and I had appointments I had to keep. Called these guys and literally got me in and out in less than 30ish minutes in the middle of the day when they were busy. Also I asked about doing a repair that they could've done but he recommended elsewhere to make sure the repair was done to its best potential..really makes their character stand out. We have been getting our regular oil changes here, and it has been going well. We had some issues with an inspection, and we had to replace brakes and rotors, which can be very expensive, but the owner helped us out with very reasonable pricing, and the repairs were taken care of in a few hours. I also had some missing coverings for our passenger rear tire, and they ordered it and replaced it without charge. I am glad it worked out, and appreciate them going above and beyond to make it right. ~ Noel G

In a world of rip off places, I found an actual Gem. Matthias runs a truly honest shop. He and his team didn't try to take advantage of my daughter. He explained every thing that was wrong, took her to the car on the lift and showed her the problems. Worked up a game plan of the most important repairs, and went over what could wait for a few months. The way he treated her was more then a father could hope for in a auto repair shop. ~ Mike M

I made the mistake of wasting my time trying other mechanics in the area. Wish I'd have just come straight here, lesson learned! Darnell was not only clearly passionate about what he does, but he's honest. The prices I pay are entirely reasonable and fair, the work is always done well. I came in to get maintenance done on my car & was felt so confident with dealing with Darnell. He was so kind & knowledgeable. I had been having problems with my car but didn’t know what was going on. But Darnell took the time to diagnose what was going on & physically show me the issues so I knew what exactly was going on. I've been coming here since I first moved to denver and this location has been my go-to for almost 3 years! Great service and very friendly staff. My most recent service appointment my car had to stay at the shop longer than planned and Darnell came in clutch. He went out of his wat to help me with a ride back home as I had a work commitment which I needed to attend. As long as I'm in denver, this shop will have my business. ~ Pratik A

Very honest and trustworthy people.Did a list of checks on my car for free and specified anything that’s looks off or that needs to be replaced. I wanted to just say how great the customer service and transparency is at the shop due to Kevin taking care of his customers. He is also great with his team. The shop needs some upgrade I can tell on the machines and reception/ exterior (management take note) and would make the storefront much more appealing and attract more customers. I had multiple things wrong with my Chevy Equinox and Darnell went above and beyond!! As a person who doesn't know much about cars he explained in detail what was wrong and what he could do to help fix it and did it in a very timely matter. Tire valves were broke and they replaced them for free. The manager Matthias hass always treated me with utmost patience and respect. The mechanic Drew, was very kind and showed me all the things that needed to be fixed by letting.me see for myself. In the past they have honored out of store coupons saving me money on my oil changes. I would recommend the CTS location to my friends and family ~ Susan
